fantastic stay. loved the modern decor, comfy bed, and excellent shower. the owner was quick to respond and resolve any issues. great location for exploring glasgow and loch lomond. felt like a home away from home. would happily stay again.

Stairs were a surprise.

During our recent stay at the apartment, we had a positive experience overall. One specific situation that stood out was the self check-in process. It provided us with the freedom to arrive at a time that suited us best, making our check-in seamless and convenient. Additionally, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, matching the accurate photos provided. It was equipped with everything we needed and located within a reasonable walking distance to a retail park and not too far from Loch Lomond. Although there were some drawbacks mentioned in previous reviews, such as the challenging 4-flight stairs without a lift and the unappealing entrance of the building, these factors did not significantly impact our stay. I would recommend this apartment for its convenient location and satisfactory interior condition.

We had a relaxing Christmas stay at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with shops and the train station nearby. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains in the distance.

Having to carry our heavy bags up two flights of steep stairs. This was a bit challenging and could be difficult for guests with lots of luggage.

The living room and bedroom were especially impressive. I also appreciated the great bus and train links nearby, making it easy to get around without a car.
